Hilda Maria Interian obtained her real estate license in 1988 while working with attorneys who practiced Real Estate Law. After being with the law firm for 21 years, she opened a Children’s Wear Boutique. She excelled in serving her ample clientele with great customer service and strong marketing skills. At the same time, attending clients with their real rstate needs. She has expertise in sales of single family homes, condos, business opportunities, land, short sales, foreclosures and rentals. She is well versed in working with buyers and sellers at all levels, including representing Wells Fargo Bank as an REO (Foreclosure properties) agent since 2010. She has always exhibited a high degree of moral integrity and responsibility. She is an individual of great strength as is evidenced by her accomplishments, her special relationship with her clients and by the years of proven success in the real estate industry. Hildie (as many of her clients call her) has been married to Luis since 1972. They have four adult children, 8 beautiful grandchildren and an adorable puppy (Rat Terrier breed) named Mia, who has a big personality. Hildi can assist you in English or in Spanish.
